Gastronomic Sunset on Mademoiselle Lucile – A Refined Dinner at Sea

Treat yourself to a unique evening at sea with a Mediterranean-flavored dinner. After a buffet aperitif, choose between two menus: Land or Sea, each consisting of a starter, a main course, and a dessert carefully prepared by our chef. As the Mademoiselle Lucile is not a restaurant, the tables are shared, and everyone can freely choose their seat aboard to enjoy the surroundings and the sunset.

Included in the menu:

  • Drinks: 1 welcome drink, 1 glass of wine.

Aperitif buffet, menu of your choice Land or Sea.

  • Aperitif: Mini choux filled with foie gras mousse, tomato-mozzarella skewers, mini éclairs with salmon
  • Sea Menu
    Starter: Braised octopus tentacles with shellfish (mussels, clams) and edamame beans, smoked paprika oil, mâche salad.
    Sea Trio: Salmon, prawns, mussels served with a shellfish jus, alongside Provençal-style polenta, olive oil, garlic, and herbs de Provence.

    Starter: Burrata tomatoes
    Main Course: Chicken supreme with foie gras sauce, Provençal polenta.
  • Accompaniments (for both choices): Green asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers.
  • Dessert Platter: 1 mini éclair, 1 mini choux, 2 macarons, 2 pieces of cut fruit, red fruit coulis.

On each trip, enjoy a selection of wines, champagnes, digestifs, and cigars available for purchase on board to enhance your experience.
